About the Role:
The Product Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Epicor Payment Exchange sales team and customers. This position provides services over the phone, and email to Epicor customers and the EPX Sales team to help drive EPX revenue and streamline processes. This position has a base salary with bonus based on team quota objectives.
What You'll Do:
The Product Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing general sales support and customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting sales team with paperwork and completing internal processes
- Assisting in Sales Presentations preparation
- Pre-sales and campaign follow-up to drive leads
- Investigating and responding to inquiries regarding EPX sales orders
- Responding to both employee and customer inquiries
- Update Salesforce.com on customer related activities and opportunities
What You Need to Succeed:
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry
- Ability to work with cross functional team
- Solid customer service skills
- Growing sales skills
- Ability to help solve problems and handle customers in a professional manner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to partner with employees to achieve targets and objectives
- Must be detail oriented, motivated, and take initiative to improve the sales process and customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years applicable experience Payment Card Processing sales or sales support experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Outlook and Office Suite experience required
- Salesforce.com experience preferred
