Liquibase Liquibase is an OSS project managed by Datical. Liquibase is the standard for database change management and has millions of downloads annually. Datical leverages Liquibase both as a technology differentiator and a go to market strategy.
Position Title Sales Development Representative
Location Remote; Headquartered in Austin, Texas
Reports to Inside Sales Director
Compensation A wealth-creating compensation package will include a competitive base salary, incentive plan and equity participation.
Build new logo pipeline and progress those deals through early stages.
Multiple touch lead follow up via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Partner with Marketing to flesh out demand generation strategies.
Conduct discovery calls with prospects to fully vet and qualify new Opportunities.
Maintaining CRM (Salesforce).
Align with tenured Regional Sales Manager for territory strategy and plan of attack.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems; As a startup, you will see unique circumstances where there is no playbook and ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly will be key.
Minimum 2 years in business development or insides sales experience
Proven ability to create demand
Proven ability to develop Opportunities from green field prospects
Successful track record of sustained achievement of targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce.com experience strongly desired
Education A bachelor's degree is required.
