What Your Days Will be Like:  

The Technical Sales Architect position is an amazing and unique opportunity to support Care@Work, Care.com’s fastest-growing business unit which provides family care benefits for employers. You will partner closely with our sales team to lead Pre-Sales activities providing Solutions Design and custom Product concepts which will enable companies to provide core benefits solutions to their employees. 

What You’ll Be Working on:  

  • Lead the Pre-Sales Process by building a proof of concept, design customized solutions to benefit the client, and create the SOW (Statement of Work)
  • Conduct detailed and technical product demonstrations and presentations
  • Partner with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to provide support during the sales process
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Care@Work’s products
  • Liaise with Product, Engineering, and other internal departments to build customized solutions for clients
  • Act as the primary “go-to” resource for all Care@Work Product-related questions during the pre-sales process
  • Ownership of the Pre-Sales process with the ability to create and shape this function

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • BA or BS in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role working in a pre-sales capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to clients with varying technical backgrounds
  • Strong Presentation Skills to small and large audiences, including C level audiences
  • Ability to work independently and confidently with large data sets using Excel and SQL
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly resolve technical challenges
  • Social and team-oriented personality with strong collaboration skills focused on a commitment to quality and success
  • Experience selling to a Human Resources audience is strongly preferred
