As Salesforce Administrator at Epicor, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue recognition processes and system integrations across Salesforce and RightRev. You’ll design, develop, and maintain features that support Revenue Cloud 360, Salesforce Billing, and related data flows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules.
What you will be doing:
  • Analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition, billing, and contract management
  • Administer and maintain the RightRev for Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance
  • Develop Salesforce flows, custom objects, and validation rules in partnership with IT
  • Manage feature enhancement requests and bug fixes submitted via the Salesforce queue
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and resolve errors in revenue waterfalls, billing positions, deferred and uncommitted revenue
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices, and support system upgrades and testing
What you will likely bring:
  • 2+ years’ experience in revenue operations or revenue systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with RightRev or similar tools such as Zuora Revenue, RevStream, or Oracle RMCS
  • Skilled in system administration, problem resolution, and system enhancements
  • Familiarity with ASC 605/606 revenue recognition standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
What could set you apart:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, and IT teams
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
