- Analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition, billing, and contract management
- Administer and maintain the RightRev for Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance
- Develop Salesforce flows, custom objects, and validation rules in partnership with IT
- Manage feature enhancement requests and bug fixes submitted via the Salesforce queue
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and resolve errors in revenue waterfalls, billing positions, deferred and uncommitted revenue
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices, and support system upgrades and testing
- 2+ years’ experience in revenue operations or revenue systems administration
- Hands-on experience with RightRev or similar tools such as Zuora Revenue, RevStream, or Oracle RMCS
- Skilled in system administration, problem resolution, and system enhancements
- Familiarity with ASC 605/606 revenue recognition standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing administration
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, and IT teams
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
