Salesforce Administrator

Revenue Operations  •  Remote (U.S.)  •  Full-Time

Reports to: Vice President, Revenue Operations

About Grace Hill

Grace Hill provides PerformanceHQ, an AI-powered intelligence platform for the real estate industry that helps owners and operators improve property performance, reduce operating risk, and develop high-performing teams. The platform connects signals from Grace Hill Training, Policies, Surveys, Mystery Shopping, Reputation Management, and Realync virtual leasing and video solutions — giving real estate leaders a clearer view of what's happening across their portfolios and what matters most. We're trusted by more than 500,000 real estate professionals at 2,800+ companies, and we're looking for people who want to help our customers work smarter, not harder.

About the Role

Grace Hill's Revenue Operations team keeps our sales engine running — and Salesforce is at the center of it. We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to own the day-to-day health of our Salesforce org: automation, data quality, user support, and the integrations that connect Salesforce to the rest of our revenue stack. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to make sure the system does what our teams need it to do — reliably and without friction.

This role is perfect for someone comfortable working with a legacy environment (24-year old instance) to clean, optimize, modernize, and future-proof the Salesforce experience as the business grows and evolves.

This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce org, managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Build and maintain flows, validation rules, and process automation that support sales, renewals, and customer success workflows.
  • Monitor data quality — dedupe records, enforce field standards, and run regular audits to keep the org clean and reliable.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems in the revenue stack, such as marketing automation (HubSpot), CPQ, and billing tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
  • Manage releases: test changes in a sandbox, coordinate deployments, and document configuration changes.
  • Provide day-to-day user support — troubleshoot issues, resolve help tickets, and train new users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce features and releases, and recommend improvements that reduce manual work for the team.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce, ideally in a B2B SaaS or subscription business.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with other GTM systems (HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero, e-signature platforms, etc.)
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a bias toward clean, well-documented data.
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical changes in plain language.
  • Must have the ability to work on EST/CST
Nice to Have
  • Highly preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with systems integration post M&A.
  • Experience managing the Salesforce ecosystem in a B2B vertical SaaS business – bonus for commercial real estate or proptech.

What We Offer

  • Salary range:  $100,000-$120,000 Base + Bonus
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Remote work options
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture

Unfortunately we are not able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Applicants must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.

Grace Hill is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status
