The Opportunity
As a SAP Core Finance Consultant - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, influence, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.
In this role at PwC, you will work closely with clients to analyze their needs and implement tailored SAP finance solutions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives by optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing financial processes. Your contributions will be vital in driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and drive operational efficiency
- Managing large-scale projects and guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure and sound judgment
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Utilizing financial management software to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Admininstration/Management, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Leading finance transformation initiatives with a focus on innovation
- Applying analytical thinking to improve business process efficiency
- Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful financial narratives
- Developing and sustaining inclusive, high-performing teams in complex environments
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
