The SAP IBP Presales/Solution Architect will design tailored SAP IBP solutions for clients, manage relationships with executives, and support sales teams in the presales process.
Our client is looking for a highly experienced SAP IBP Presales / Solution Architect to join their team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/APO / PPDS / AATP solutions to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design tailored solutions that drive business transformation. You will play a key role in the presales process, collaborating with sales teams and clients to position our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Develop deep relationships with C-suite executives in high-tech, CPG, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Conduct in-depth business needs assessments to identify opportunities for SAP IBP solutions.
- Craft compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to client-specific challenges.
- Lead strategic discussions with VP and CXO-level executives to shape roadmaps and drive value generation.
Solution Consulting & Delivery:
- Design and implement innovative SAP IBP solutions aligned with client strategic goals.
- Gather detailed requirements, refine solution designs, and create comprehensive proposals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Leverage deep technical expertise to configure and demonstrate IBP solutions effectively.
Market Positioning & Thought Leadership:
- Support sales teams in developing winning proposals and RFP responses.
- Drive market growth through strategic go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Elevate brand visibility by participating in industry events and sharing thought leadership insights.

Required Qualifications
- Core Competencies:
- Proven track record in functional roles within demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and manufacturing at end-customer level.
- Deep expertise in SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, e-PPDS, and AATP.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA implementations and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services or Real-Time Integration.
- Proven track record in functional roles within demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and manufacturing at end-customer level.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, primarily focused on SAP IBP/APO/ePPDS/AATP.
- Successful participation in at least 5 SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations, with a leadership role in at least 3.

- APICS CPIM or CSCP
