ITT Connect is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead / Panaya Test Manager to coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple SAP applications and integrated enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Panaya Test Management, SAP testing, test planning and execution, defect management, and coordination across technical and business teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with Project Managers, SAP Business Experts, Key Users, testers, and IT teams.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Panaya Test Management environment, including test databases, users, roles, and permissions.

  • Create, organize, and load test cases and test cycles into Panaya.

  • Work with Project Managers and Business Experts to develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and detailed test steps based on project scope and business requirements.

  • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple SAP applications and business teams.

  • Manage testing schedules, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and execution progress.

  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.

  • Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect tracking, prioritization, follow-up, and coordination with technical and functional teams through resolution.

  • Monitor testing progress and provide clear status reporting, metrics, risks, and issues to project leadership, Business Experts, and IT teams.

  • Coordinate testing of interfaces between SAP and external enterprise systems.

  • Ensure required environments, applications, and interfaces are available and properly connected for testing.

  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, technical teams, business users, and third-party application teams throughout the testing lifecycle.


Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of SAP testing / QA experience
  • Hands-on experience with Panaya, preferably including Test Manager or administrative responsibilities

  • Experience creating and managing test plans, test cycles, test cases, and test execution

  • Strong understanding of SAP systems and SAP interfaces

  • Experience with defect management and defect-resolution coordination

  • Experience coordinating testing across multiple technical and business teams

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and status-reporting skills

  • Fluent Spanish and English – required

Preferred Experience

Experience testing or coordinating integrations involving any of the following is highly desirable:

  • SAP ECC

  • SAP GATP / Demand Planning

  • SAP PO

  • EDI integrations

  • Warehouse Management / Warehouse Systems

  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

  • End-to-end SAP interface and integration testing
