Senior Consultant – Banking & Payments
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Banking & Payments | Type: Permanent

Deliver impactful solutions that enhance banking and payments experiences across complex transformation programs.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant within Banking & Payments at Capco, you will work alongside industry experts to support the delivery of strategic initiatives for leading financial institutions. You will help clients address complex challenges across products, channels, and operations, contributing to transformation programs that improve performance and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and facilitate client discussions across banking and payments processes, including sales, servicing, and transactions
  • Develop structured approaches, recommendations, and solutions to address business and technology challenges
  • Analyze current performance and support forecasting of improvements based on proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end project objectives
  • Produce clear insights, analysis, and deliverables to support client decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or management consulting
  • Broad knowledge of banking and payments including lending, digital channels, and transaction processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex business challenges
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working on transformation or change programs within banking or payments
  • Familiarity with Agile or modern delivery methodologies
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in large-scale programs
  • Experience developing consulting frameworks or reusable assets
  • Exposure to risk, compliance, or fraud-related initiatives
