GrantLedger is an AI-powered grant-tech startup. We find and write grants for small nonprofits, and we get paid on what we win. Every client starts as a 30-minute consult with our co-founder, and this seat exists to fill that calendar. You set appointments. That's the job.

What you do

Call nonprofit executive directors from lists we build, on a seven-line parallel dialer we provide, using a script that already works. Get the decision maker on the phone, qualify them in two minutes, book the consult, log it in our CRM. No email sequences, no LinkedIn, no personal accounts, no list building. Phone only, all day.

The math

$20 an hour base, paid weekly.

$40 for every consult that shows.

$100 for every consult that becomes a signed client.

Our standard is one attended consult per dialer hour. At standard, a 40-hour week pays $2,400 before signed-client bonuses, about $120,000 a year. Dials, bookings, attended consults, and earnings are tracked in our CRM, and bonuses pay out weekly.

The seat

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, US business hours, fully remote. Independent contractor, no benefits: hourly base plus bonuses, paid weekly. The trial week runs at 20 hours; hit standard and the seat goes to 40.

Who this fits

Two or more years of phone-based B2B appointment setting or SDR work, with a booking number you can name. Comfortable on a parallel dialer for four-hour stretches. Clean opener, quick qualifier, no fear of gatekeepers. US-based, quiet workspace, headset, wired internet. Nonprofit or fundraising background is a plus, not a requirement.

Who it doesn't fit

Sequence-and-email SDRs who make 30 dials a day. Anyone who wants to run demos or close; our co-founder closes. Anyone outside the US.

How we hire

1. Apply with your last setting or SDR role, your booking or quota number, and a 60-second recording of your cold open (voice memo or Loom).

2. A 20-minute screen that includes a five-minute live mock cold call.

3. A paid one-week trial, 20 hours, on real lists. Hit standard and the seat goes full-time.

We screen weekly and add setters as seats open.
