Welcome to Huble!

Huble is a Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultancy that helps large mid-market and small multinational companies transform their marketing, sales, and service operations using HubSpot as the core platform. Huble is a global HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner. Huble was named HubSpot's Global Partner of the Year in 2025 (based on 2024 performance). We have placed in the top 10 globally every year the accolade has existed. We are one of around 49 Elite-tier partners out of more than 6,000 globally. We have been a HubSpot partner since 2012, making us one of the longest-standing partners in the ecosystem.

Who we are looking for:

Huble is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to grow new business across NAM.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for an experienced sales operator who is comfortable owning complex B2B sales cycles from first conversation through to close. You’ll be responsible for developing new opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts, working across inbound, outbound, partner-led and self-generated pipeline, and building long-term relationships with senior decision makers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales and consultative solutions selling, ideally within CRM, MarTech, digital transformation, technology or professional services. You’ll be comfortable selling complex solutions rather than predefined products, understanding business challenges, shaping propositions, coordinating internal specialists and translating customer requirements into compelling commercial outcomes.

Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot either through selling the platform, implementing it, working within the HubSpot ecosystem or using it commercially. You should understand the broader CRM and GTM landscape and be able to have credible conversations with Marketing, Sales, Service, IT and C-level stakeholders.

You’ll take ownership of the complete sales process: qualification and discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution development, proposals and RFPs, presentations, commercial negotiations and contract close. You’ll be technically minded enough to lead discovery and solution conversations without relying on a sales engineer for every engagement, while bringing in Huble’s wider consulting, technical and delivery teams when required.

A key part of the role will also be building a strong go-to-market relationship with HubSpot’s sales organisation. We want someone who can become a trusted partner to HubSpot AEs, BDRs and Customer Success teams, creating joint opportunities and helping Huble become a natural extension of their sales motion.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine freedom to operate entrepreneurially within an established international consultancy. You’ll need to be commercially driven, curious, credible with senior stakeholders and comfortable creating a pipeline rather than waiting for leads to arrive.

🚀 Key Performance Areas:
Management of Prospects and Customers in the Sales Process to Reach Set Target

Sourcing of Leads

  • Working closely with the Huble marketing team to ensure inbound leads are being generated in your territory.
  • Responsible for generating a large share of your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Responsible for identifying prospects (matching our ICP) from alternative sources that result in qualified opportunities.
  • Manage outreach programs to decision makers and influencers from  prospects identified from above exercise, on successful connect built relationships.
  • Through relationships with target accounts, identify opportunities that can move into the sales process outlined in areas of responsibility #1.
  • Build relationships with the HubSpot Sales Team, Channel Team and Customer Success Teams so that they come to you and Huble for assistance in closing new customers together and retaining and growing existing customers together.
  • Use your personal network and existing customers to gain referrals to new potential customers.

🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:
