What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. Our Strategic Accounts team is looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our specialist community of talented experts. You will be the trusted advisor to our most valued clients and play a critical role in the growth of strategic enterprise accounts. You will be tasked with thoughtful business expansion within the client base, and radiate across lines of business, while establishing deep client relationships. This full-time remote position is an individual contributor role on the strategic sales team and is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company's annual revenue and booking quota for assigned territory within the Fortune 1000.

This role is responsible for expanding sales opportunities through relationship building, marketing and leveraging a partner ecosystem for Pebl. The individuals interested in this role must demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to navigate the requirements of multiple stakeholders across a business. They will relish in the pace of a high-growth environment and embrace the opportunity to solve companies' international growth strategies in a truly revolutionary way. Reports to the Director of Sales, Land/Expand

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to manage a territory's activity and development.

  • Oversee client relationship mapping to Client Success, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team ( Solutions Specialist, Success Resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)

  • Listen, identify, and understand client's needs and deliver to their expectations. You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way

  • Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and other meetings with the client's leadership team to drive strategic alignment, product education, and growth opportunities.

  • Align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams to evolve our product and service.

  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment

  • Proven track record achieving/exceeding quota targets

  • Properly forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Pebl's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.

     

Let’s Connect If You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role within Enterprise software sales

  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills as well as demonstration of effective virtual teaming.

  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style

  • Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating unparalleled customer experiences

  • Ability to assimilate information quickly. We do business across 185+ countries so there is a lot to learn!

  • Anticipated estimated travel of 20%

Compensation for our GTM roles is flexible and determined based on level, experience, and market data informed by the Radford Global Compensation Survey — ensuring every offer is both competitive and reflective of what you bring to the table.
