About ClipsterClipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. Creators clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X, earning for every view they deliver. Brands get scale, simplicity, and performance tracking they can actually trust.
The roleYou own the revenue number. This is a senior, high-ownership role with direct access to the Founder and zero red tape: you run deals end to end, from discovery to close, and you build the pipeline that feeds them. Beyond closing, you have real influence on how we sell, helping shape pricing, offers, and go-to-market strategy as we scale.
- Own inbound sales end to end: run discovery calls, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Build and manage the full sales pipeline inside HubSpot.
- Identify and execute outbound opportunities through LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Work with the Founder to iterate on pricing, offers, and GTM strategy.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to campaign execution.
- Track and report on the metrics that matter: pipeline value, close rates, deal velocity.
- Build the systems and templates that make the sales motion repeatable instead of waiting for them to exist.
- 3-6 years in sales, preferably SaaS, agency, or performance marketing.
- Experience selling to marketing teams, DTC brands, or agencies.
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just supporting or qualifying them.
- Strong presence on calls, confident with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating without structure, and inclined to build it rather than ask for it.
- Full ownership of the number, with the intensity and resilience a revenue role demands.
- High-bandwidth communication: you write clearly, run sharp calls, and surface problems early.
- A competitive salary that reflects the impact you have, reviewed as you grow into more.
- Flexible time off, take what you need. We trust adults to manage their own energy, not a leave balance.
- Remote-first: work wherever you're most productive, and we get together in person when it makes sense.
- A one-time $1,000 home office bonus to set up a workspace you'll actually want to work from.
- An annual education stipend for books, courses, and conferences.
- Discovery call with recruiter
- Screening call with Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Sales role-play interview
- Final conversation with Founder
