Overview
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within existing Senior Living / Senior Care client accounts. This is a highly strategic, growth-focused role centered on expanding relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, not just maintaining them.
You will manage a portfolio of established Senior Living clients, proactively identifying whitespace, aligning DAS Health solutions to evolving client needs, and delivering measurable account expansion. Success in this role is defined by account growth, expansion performance, and revenue impact, rather than retention alone.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities using CRM data, usage insights, and client business objectives; build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline.
  • Drive revenue outcomes by managing quota-based growth targets, including expansion ARR and MRR growth.
  • Partner strategically with clients to understand operational and technology needs, aligning DAS Health solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and EHR support.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focused on growth opportunities, performance insights, and expansion planning (vs. only relationship check-ins).
  • Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast growth, and prioritize expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong executive relationships while positioning DAS Health as a strategic partner for long-term growth.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Experience owning or contributing to revenue targets tied to account expansion.
  • Experience in Senior Living, healthcare, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and growth strategies, ideally within MSP or healthcare IT environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to account growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • Flexible time off
  • Health benefits for employees and dependents
