Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the turbomachinery controls business.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  •  Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts and work with the organization cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Win new customers through business development activities through complex sales processes while leveraging CCC expertise in turbomachinery, wider Honeywell customer base, relationships and synergies.
  • Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, and strategic objectives in assigned accounts, by winning orders, providing an easy migration path for customers, driving upgrade and retrofit projects, eliminating threats and supporting the Greenfield team in project stages.
  • Travel 50% in TX and LA, occasionally other states.
Qualifications

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a turbomachinery controls or industrial automation business as a project engineer, application engineer or filed service engineer or a similar capacity.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Domain experience in oil and gas, mining, power or Petro-chemicals industries.
  • Exceptional presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to conduct high level sales demonstrations and technical sales presentations.
  • High EQ and the ability to read the room and adjust to communication style accordingly.

 

WE VALUE

  • Business acumen, understands customer needs, how customers make money, and how to link that to the needs we are capable of fulfilling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Chemical/process, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • Commercial Acumen, knows how we need to position vs competition, how do we price to win, how we structure a deal to win, and how we reduce risk while winning.
  • High dollar, solution value sales process knowledge
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and other management tools to analyze, plan and direct business programs.
  • Proven record of success in maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven ability to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products and CRM system.
