The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, implement and support the day-to- day activities needed to effectively execute clinical programs, special project and research initiatives. Provides a wide variety of high-level administrative and project management support for the Clinical Program Manager to ensure applicable program requirements, operational processes and fiscal responsibilities are met. This position serves as a liaison for internal departments and external partners to ensure optimal customer service and operational success of program initiatives.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Location: 3300 N. McColl Road, McAllen, TX 78501.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform general and high-level clerical duties to include administrative coordination and project management support of program(s) impacting employees, partners and executives at various levels
  • Schedule, coordinate, and plan logistics (materials, facilities, equipment, food, attendee logs, etc.) for program related appointments, meetings, events and classes using Outlook or other necessary calendar tools
  • Maintain effective ongoing communication for program requirements including in-bound and out-bound calls, contacts for scheduling, surveys/screenings and reminder letters
  • Complete effective data entry into software applications for program reporting and tracking requirements
  • Coordinate and collect data and prepare reports used by management and executive leaders to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Create, modify and prepare various documents using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Attend required meetings and participate in special committees as needed
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in business, education, or healthcare field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
