We're the all in one agentic marketing platform. AI native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.

We're looking for someone who will own paid acquisition on Meta and Google, and run it with AI agents doing real work. If you want real ownership, move fast, and raise the bar every week, keep reading. If "set it and forget it" is your bidding strategy, this isn't the role.

What you'll own
  • Paid acquisition on Meta and Google. You build and run every campaign yourself.

  • A trial CPA target within monthly caps. You scale by moving spend to winners.

  • The 4 person paid team. You set the bar and own the results.

  • AI agents you build yourself. Daily checks, budget moves and reporting across models.

  • Automating anything you'd otherwise repeat by hand.

  • Turning performance data into briefs for our creative strategists.

  • Paid landing pages and CRO with design and dev. Every test moves CPA.

  • Tracking from first click to activation, plus CAC, payback and LTV.

  • Launching ads for new products with zero history.

About half your week is media buying and analytics. The rest is building agents and running landing page tests.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years running Meta and Google campaigns yourself, at $100K+ a month.

  • Deep Meta expertise. You know how to structure and scale a winning concept.

  • Strong on Google search and Performance Max.

  • You build your own agents or automations running on ads every week. You can explain how they work and fix them if they break.

  • Agency side experience.

  • SaaS or B2B with free trial or book a demo funnels.

  • Strong with GA4, PostHog, ad platform reporting and spreadsheets.

  • Landing page and creative tests that lowered CPA.

Nice to have
  • SQL

  • LinkedIn ads

  • Launching sales led or book a demo funnels

  • HubSpot and Stripe

You'll thrive here if...
  • You know what's working, what's broken and what to do about it before anyone asks.

  • You've lived through Meta volatility and know when to touch things and when to leave them alone.

  • You can explain a CPA spike to a founder in one chart.

  • You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.

  • Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.

  • You're an AI power user, not someone who's "open to learning it someday."

  • You have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them.

  • You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.

What working here actually looks like

High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.

We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.

We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
