Senior Analyst, Demand Generation - Paid Social & Programatic

Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is an Experience Management company, and enterprise decisions about experience programs are not made by one person. They are made by a committee — a CX or HR leader who owns the outcome, an insights team that vets the method, an IT and procurement group that stress-tests the platform, and a finance leader who wants to see the return. Reaching that committee takes media deliberately built for every stage of the journey, not a single campaign pointed at a single job title.

We run that media across two disciplines that have to work as one system: paid social, where we earn attention inside the feeds our buyers already live in, and programmatic, where we reach them everywhere else and control reach, frequency, and inventory quality at scale. A buyer does not experience these as separate channels, so we do not staff them as separate silos. Everyone on this team works across both.

This role makes that system run. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid social and programmatic globally — owning execution end to end, from brief to live to optimized to reported. You will work closely with the Lead Paid Media Manager, who sets the strategy you are executing, and you are expected to help shape it: you are closest to the platforms and the data, and the plan should reflect what you are seeing.

How You’ll Find Success
  • Full-Funnel & Dual-Channel Focus: You thrive on managing campaigns across both paid social and programmatic as one connected system rather than separate silos.
  • Flawless Execution Discipline: You take pride in meticulous campaign setup—from tracking, naming, and conversion configuration to rigorous pre-launch QA.
  • Evidence-Based Optimization: You let data guide your decisions, optimizing daily across pacing, bids, audience performance, and budget allocations.
  • Strategic Initiative: You bring actionable recommendations and recommendations on spend shifts to performance reviews rather than just presenting reports.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: You troubleshoot delivery, pacing, tracking, and match-rate issues independently, escalating with a diagnosis rather than just a symptom.
How You’ll Grow
  • Protected Strategy Time: 20% of your time is dedicated and protected for strategy, analysis, and planning contribution to support your professional growth.
  • Incremental Strategy Ownership: Take full ownership of a defined slice of the program (a channel, region, product line, or funnel stage) that expands as you demonstrate judgment.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive one major strategic project per quarter beyond day-to-day execution, such as channel evaluations, audience restructures, or new platform tests.
  • Mentorship Toward Senior Roles: Work directly with the Lead Paid Media Manager, who is accountable for developing your strategic judgment and handing over ownership as you prepare for senior and lead-level roles.
Things You’ll Do
  • Drive Full-Funnel Growth: Build, launch, and optimize global campaigns directly in-platform across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, emerging platforms) and programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, CTV/OLV, display, native, audio) from brief to reporting.
  • Maximize Target Account Coverage: Onboard and manage account-based audiences (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) while maintaining clean suppression and exclusion architectures to eliminate wasted spend on active opportunities, competitors, or non-serviceable accounts.
  • Optimize Budget & Pacing: Daily manage pacing and in-flight budget allocations within guardrails for a defined portion of the global media budget, forecasting spend accurately and recommending reallocations based on marginal return.
  • Lead Campaign Testing & Strategy: Design, execute, and report on test plans for assigned programs, presenting performance reviews that conclude with clear, data-driven recommendations on what to change.
  • Cross-Functional Campaign Delivery: Partner with demand generation, marketing operations, sales development, and creative teams to ensure clear brief requirements, smooth lead flow, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Hands-On Dual-Channel Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience (majority in B2B), with personal experience building and optimizing campaigns in both paid social and programmatic platforms.
  • Execution & Technical Rigor: Practical experience with campaign architecture, tracking, conversion configuration, and UTM discipline, alongside working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce/Marketo), web analytics, and BI tools.
  • Full-Funnel Strategy Execution: Demonstrated understanding of top-, mid-, and bottom-of-funnel audience strategies, account-based advertising platforms, and intent data in long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Communication: Proven ability to run campaign tests, explain platform metrics clearly to stakeholders, and adjust tactics based on data evidence.
What You Should Know About This Team

  • We are domain experts who take pride in fully owning our channels, but we operate without siloes—when something needs to be created, built, or solved, everyone pitches in to make it happen, regardless of role bounds.
  • We love innovation and welcome new ideas, provided they are rooted in data, clear logic, and measurable business impact. Above all, we grant individuals the freedom to own their craft while keeping every initiative aligned to Qualtrics' overarching mission and GTM strategy.
