In this role, you'll support our program filing strategy through research, analysis, and recommendations. You'll conduct research into complex filing strategy and DOI engagement questions, identify and help to clear roadblocks, and develop actionable recommendations that influence our filing strategies, processes, and tools. You'll partner with State Management, Program Management, Data Science, and other teams across the Delivery value stream to solve complex problems, remove roadblocks, and scale best practices across the portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape our strategy and approach - with exposure to senior leadership.

- Experience in product, pricing, filings, analytics, operations, or a related area
- Familiarity with regulatory filings, book migrations, and state departments of insurance
- Experience with insurance product and/or pricing concepts
