The Impact You Will Make

This role is the connective tissue between Paid Media investment and business outcomes — translating platform-level performance (spend, CPL, CPA) into full-funnel results, from lead and application through enrollment, and ultimately into student LTV and ROAS. With secondary support for web analytics infrastructure, this person gives Paid Media, Channel, Strategy, and Executive Leadership the confidence to make faster, better-informed investment decisions.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and connect Paid Media platform performance (spend, CPL, CPC, CPA) with full-funnel outcomes — from lead and application through enrollment — down to student LTV and ROAS
  • Partner closely with Paid Media and Channel teams to build attribution and measurement frameworks that link ad platform data to downstream enrollment and revenue outcomes
  • Develop and maintain ROAS and LTV analyses that connect paid media spend to long-term student value and program-level profitability, incorporating retention and graduation signal where available
  • Independently deliver complex analytics initiatives across performance, marketing, channel media, and solutions domains
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable data models, pipelines, and transformation workflows using Databricks
  • Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting experiences, including semantic modeling and advanced DAX
  • Support web analytics tagging validation and event data quality as a secondary function, ensuring clean inputs for paid media measurement
  • Support and contribute to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives, including channel spend optimization, geo-experiments/lift tests, and budget allocation recommendations
  • Conduct advanced performance analysis, including funnel, cohort, channel, ROAS, LTV, conversion diagnostics, and forecast support
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and apply KPIs, performance frameworks, and measurement methodologies
  • Improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across paid media and analytics data sources
  • Drive workflow automation and process efficiency, reducing manual reporting dependencies
  • Present findings, trends, and strategic recommendations to Director, VP, and Executive stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

  • Paid Media performance is consistently connected to full-funnel outcomes — from platform spend to enrollment, LTV, and ROAS
  • Analytics Solutions’ dashboards and insights directly inform Paid Media, Channel, and Executive investment decisions
  • Manual reporting is reduced through automated, scalable pipelines and self-service BI

How Impact Will be Measured

  • Accuracy and consistency of the paid media-to-enrollment-to-LTV/ROAS measurement chain
  • Adoption of BI dashboards and analytics products by Paid Media, Channel, and Executive stakeholders
  • Reduction in manual reporting time and improvement in forecast accuracy

What You’ll Bring to the Team

You bring a rare mix of technical depth and business acumen — equally comfortable architecting a data pipeline and briefing an executive on what it means for the business.

Experience That Matters Most

  • Experience connecting paid media platform performance (spend, CPL, CPA) to full-funnel business outcomes, including enrollment, LTV, and ROAS
  • Strong experience with Paid Media measurement, including multi-touch attribution and campaign performance analysis across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), media mix simulation, or geo-experiments/lift tests to validate channel effectiveness
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, query optimization, large-scale data transformation)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (semantic modeling, advanced DAX, dashboard UX/storytelling)
  • Strong experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, PySpark, notebooks, workflows)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4) sufficient to support tagging validation and data quality for paid media measurement
  • Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills
  • Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and lead through undefined problem spaces

Experience That’s Great to Have

  • Experience with LTV modeling or long-term value analysis (e.g., cohort-based retention or graduation value)
  • Experience with Python, statistical modeling, or advanced analytics workflows
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automated insight generation, or intelligent reporting frameworks
  • Experience in product analytics, experimentation, or growth analytics
  • Background in analytics engineering or modern data architecture
  • Experience with data clean rooms or audience data-sharing measurement (e.g., LiveRamp, Trade Desk, retail/media networks)
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
