We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the development of a innovative blockchain-based real estate platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and real estate industry processes to create a secure, transparent, and decentralized platform for property transactions and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for real estate transactions, including property listing, ownership transfer, and leasing.
Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
Integrate blockchain solutions with existing web and mobile applications.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network.
Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract programming (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain frameworks.
Expertise in front-end development with React.js or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of real estate industry workflows, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and API integrations.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NFT/tokenization of real estate assets.
