Work Flexibility: Remote

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a primary business owner and operational lead for enterprise commercial systems, with a strong focus on Mobile Apps, Salesforce (SFDC), SAP integrations, and downstream ERP processes. You will be accountable not only for requirements and design, but also for test execution, production issue triage, data validation, and business signoff, ensuring systems perform reliably for critical revenue impacting workflows. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, CRM Analysts, IT, Middleware, SAP, and Data teams, frequently serving as the central point of coordination during incidents, enhancements, and releases. This role requires deep functional understanding of end-to-end transactions, the ability to analyze data discrepancies, and strong judgment in prioritizing business critical issues.

What you will do

  • Own end‑to‑end functional workflows spanning Salesforce, Salesforce Mobile, middleware, and SAP.
  • Translate business problems into clear functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios, often providing direct guidance on how systems should behave based on real‑world usage.
  • Review current‑state system behavior using reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or failure points.
  • Lead Test planning and execution across web and mobile platforms, including creating, reviewing, and signing off on test scenarios and results. Coordinate with business testers, sales reps, and SMEs to validate real‑world use cases and ensure readiness for release.
  • Act as a functional escalation point for production issues, including order failures, pricing discrepancies, missing integrations, and data mismatches. Ensuring issues are properly scoped, routed, and resolved without unnecessary rework or ticket churn.
  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders on status, impact, and next steps, especially during time‑sensitive periods such as quarter‑end.
  • Build and analyze Salesforce reports and Power BI outputs to monitor transaction volumes, trends, and anomalies.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience supporting Salesforce, Salesforce Mobile, ERM, ERP, and/or enterprise business applications.
  • Experience leading UAT, production issue resolution and business sign offs.
  • Experience analyzing and explaining data discrepancies and system behavior.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience working in an Agile Development environment.
  • Experience with incident/change management processes.

$76,500.00 - $122,000.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
