In this role


In this role, you will support a global business team focused on driving cybersecurity growth within the small and medium enterprise and channel segment. The team is responsible for aligning strategy to execution by combining long-term planning, operational excellence, and data-driven performance management. Your work will help ensure that programs, investments, and partner initiatives are optimized to accelerate revenue growth and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards that track revenue performance, opportunity creation, program execution, and key business metrics.
  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities (data modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, data cubes) to analyze and synthesize large, multi-source data sets.
  • Gather monthly execution updates across global programs and compile comprehensive reporting for leadership business reviews.
  • Translate complex data into concise, executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
  • Track pilot program performance and measure ROI by defining KPIs, monitoring impact, and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and partner teams to ensure alignment and program execution across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate partner meeting and event schedules while maintaining organized program updates and documentation on internal platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards for business performance reporting and decision support.
  • 5–10 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and data cube analysis.
  • 5–10 years of experience in data mining, aggregation, and synthesizing large, multi-source data sets into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated program or project management experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, measuring program performance, and analyzing ROI to inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, or business performance functions.
  • Background in cybersecurity, technology, enterprise software, or channel sales environments.
  • Experience building automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner meeting or event coordination in a global environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
