Job Purpose

PropertyReach brings lead search and property data for 160M+ U.S. properties, skip tracing, direct mail, and SMS together in one platform. Real estate investors, wholesalers, residential and commercial agents and brokers, mortgage professionals, and home service pros use PropertyReach to find motivated sellers before the competition, reach property owners directly, and close more deals. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with these real estate professionals, from first conversation to closed deal. You'll work qualified appointments set by our Business Development team, convert trial users into long-term customers, build pipeline of your own, and run consultative demos that show each prospect how PropertyReach powers their next deal. If you're a proven closer who knows real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for property data and proptech, this role could be your next challenge.

Salary - $90K-$100K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, converting qualified real estate opportunities into new PropertyReach subscribers
  • Run discovery calls and tailored live demos built around each customer's business: investors and wholesalers finding deals before they're listed, residential agents finding likely-to-sell owners and winning expired listings, commercial brokers seeing past the LLC to the principal behind an entity, mortgage pros building a pipeline of refinance, purchase, and cash-out borrowers, and home service pros reaching new owners and storm-damaged areas directly
  • Demonstrate the full PropertyReach workflow: searching properties by address, APN, owner, or location; building lead lists with 130+ filters and lead types such as pre-foreclosure, absentee owner, high equity, vacant, tax delinquent, pre-probate, tired landlord, and expired listings; prioritizing with PropPulse AI scores; and running the numbers with the deal calculator
  • Show how customers reach owners without extra tools or fees: verified phone numbers and emails included with saved leads (including contacts for LLCs and trusts), skip tracing, SMS texting, and direct mail postcards with templates, QR codes, and tracking
  • Convert 5-day trial users and inbound sign-ups into paying subscribers, and move customers to the plan that best fits their business
  • Sell the Property Data API to proptech companies, larger brokerages, lenders, and investor teams that want PropertyReach data inside their own systems, partnering with technical resources as needed
  • Work appointments set by our Business Development Representative, and partner closely with the BDR on lead quality, handoffs, and feedback
  • Generate additional pipeline through your own prospecting and referrals across the real estate community, using LinkedIn, HubSpot, email, phone, local investor groups, REIA meetups, and industry events
  • Prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas and activity KPIs
  • Manage and accurately forecast your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping deal stages, notes, and next steps up to date
  • Articulate PropertyReach's value proposition against other real estate data, lead list, and skip tracing providers: one platform instead of several, owner contact info included at no extra cost, and a focus on deals rather than raw data coverage
  • Build relationships with decision-makers such as active investors, brokerage owners, team leaders, and executives, including multi-stakeholder and API deals
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new customers to onboarding and identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Stay current on real estate market conditions, investor strategies, and housing trends, and share customer and market feedback with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Management

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a closing role (Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar)
  • Experience selling to real estate professionals (investors, wholesalers, agents, brokers, or lenders) is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including how investors source and evaluate deals, how agents and brokers generate listings, and common strategies such as wholesaling, fix-and-flip, and buy-and-hold
  • Familiarity with real estate lead generation and marketing, such as motivated seller lists, pre-foreclosure and distressed property leads, skip tracing, cold calling, SMS, and direct mail
  • Experience selling property data, lead generation, skip tracing, or real estate SaaS/proptech products (or data APIs) is a strong plus; a real estate license or personal investing experience is a bonus
  • Strong discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills, including converting free or low-cost trials into paid subscriptions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to speak the language of investors, agents, lenders, and brokerage owners
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management and forecasting
  • A competitive, results-driven mindset with strong resilience and tenacity
  • Self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and manages time and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing real estate market conditions

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a quota-carrying closing role, ideally selling into the real estate industry.
