About this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / SQL Developer to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong technical SQL skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
In this role, you will:
  • Supporting organizational transformation initiatives by collaborating with technology, data engineering, and business teams to implement scalable data solutions.
  • Use advanced programming skills in SQL to write, modify, and validate new data sources and data defects/enhancements.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance on data.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reports, dashboards.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Perform data discovery and investigation to ensure that the data meets the business objectives.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, governance, validation, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines.
  • Advanced SQL and data querying skills.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
  • Experience in other programming languages such as SAS, Python.
  • Prior experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data management initiatives within the financial services industry is desired
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience partnering across with technology, data engineering, and business teams
  • Have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
