About the Role

We're seeking a highly driven and strategic Recruiter, Customer Success & Marketing to lead hiring for two of CodeRabbit's fastest-growing functions: Customer Success and Marketing.

This person will partner closely with CS and Marketing leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent as CodeRabbit scales its post-sales and go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate combines deep sourcing expertise in these disciplines, strong stakeholder instincts, and the ability to move fast in a high-growth startup environment.

You'll play a key role in shaping how CodeRabbit builds the teams responsible for customer retention, expansion, and demand generation.

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Customer Success and Marketing roles, including: Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Renewal Managers, Technical Account Managers, Demand Generation Managers, Product Marketers, Content Marketers, and Marketing Operations

  • Partner with CS and Marketing leadership to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles

  • Build proactive pipelines of exceptional CS and Marketing talent across key markets

  • Drive outbound sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative talent engagement strategies

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through closing

  • Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices for CS and Marketing roles

  • Help improve recruiting operations, interview processes, and hiring efficiency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and other recruiting team members to support scaling initiatives

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts for CodeRabbit

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated focus on Customer Success and/or Marketing hiring

  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets

  • Understanding of what great CS and Marketing talent looks like at different stages of company growth

  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
