Job Description:

The Senior Associate, ERP Systems & Integrations is a critical role within the Finance department, supporting the realization of Dimensional’s financial systems strategy through the translation of business requirements to technical solutions. This role will be critical to supporting the realization of the Company’s financial systems strategy through the execution of various projects, while supporting the maintenance of the Oracle Cloud ERP infrastructure on a day-to-day basis. This individual will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Cloud updates, as well as the resolution of technical issues that are encountered in the normal course of operations.

In addition, this position will assume increasing responsibility for gathering requirements, design and implementation of Corporate Finance processes through collaboration with both business and functional stakeholders, with an emphasis on business analysis and utilizing the tools available across our financial systems.   

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day administrative direction and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial system applications, including general production support activities (eg granting permissions, security controls and access, chart of accounts maintenance, etc.)
  • Responsible for the maintenance, training and testing of upgrades to the Oracle Cloud ERP module.
  • Evaluate, customize, and implement Oracle embedded AI and AI Agent Studio capabilities across Finance and Procurement modules.
  • Assist in execution of changes to the Oracle Cloud ERP configuration and development of Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence Reports (OTBI).
  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure the effective utilization of the Oracle Cloud ERP in support of business processes, collecting and documenting business and technical needs from stakeholders.
  • Deliver a combination of process and financial systems technology expertise to meet functional requirements with an emphasis on automation and data integrity.
  • Day-to-Day management and production support for multiple Oracle Cloud ERP modules and Oracle Cloud EPM.
  • Supports the Financial Systems and Finance department through the design and adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices.  Drives to continuous business/process improvement and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with end- users of Oracle Cloud and other financial systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field such as Computer Science or Accounting and Finance.
  • Experience with the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financials and procurement modules.
  • Cross- functional knowledge in some or all of the following Oracle ERP Application Modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Leases, General Ledger, with basic underlying understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure- to- Pay processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicable software applications and business systems.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end project deployment cycle that includes the design, development, testing and deployment of financial systems solutions into a production environment.
  • Continuous learner and independent thinker who can work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand needs and priorities as well as to foster strong relationships and effective communication to ensure alignment with business partners.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varying audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills in order to evaluate user and business needs as well as accurately interpret data to develop sound conclusions and recommendations.
