The RoleThe Senior Creative Project Manager leads large, multi-layered client programs with multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables. This is not a traditional PM role - it requires navigating high complexity, creator-driven workflows, and fast-moving priorities.
What You’ll DoManage multiple SOWs within large client accounts.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts.
Source and manage external partners when needed.
Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance.
Support and guide Project Managers as needed.
5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments.
Proven success managing multi-SOW or multi-stream client programs (not just individual projects).
Experience working in creator-driven or non-linear production settings is a strong plus.
Experience with UGC/Influencer marketing is a strong plus.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.
Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
