Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead and ideate growth marketing strategies and execute complex 360 marketing campaigns for key clients across North America. In this role, you’ll oversee large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams in various locations to deliver impactful branding, digital, and development solutions. You will be responsible not only for seamless execution but also for crafting strategic approaches that drive growth and maximize client success. This includes ensuring alignment with client objectives, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns across branding, digital marketing, and development projects 

  • Coordinate with diverse internal creative teams and external vendors to bring innovative ideas to life 

  • Manage client communication, ensuring expectations are clear and met, and provide outstanding stakeholder management across multiple countries 

  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and timelines while mitigating risks 

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance future strategies 

  • Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery for clients 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in creative or marketing agencies, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-client projects 

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders across different countries 

  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring collaboration and alignment with global teams 

  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and client relationship management 

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to keep projects on track 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs 

  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America as needed

  • Extensive experience in growth marketing and proficient CRM management, driving impactful strategies that boost customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth

     

Work Location: Remote, but it's essential that the candidate resides in Ontario, Canada. While the position is primarily remote, the candidate must be available to travel to client offices as needed.


Language Requirements: We are looking for someone with native-level English. Basic knowledge of Spanish is also a plus, as the role involves close collaboration with Spanish-speaking creators.
