  • Identify risks early, communicate tradeoffs, and drive decisions to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Manage scope changes and ensure stakeholders understand impacts to timing and resourcing.
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows in Asana, including templates, intake forms, status conventions, and documentation standards.
  • Establish and maintain file management standards, including Google Drive organization and governance.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Create visibility into project status, team capacity, and delivery expectations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track workload and throughput to identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.

  • Serve as a process resource for Marketing and Brand partners, helping teams engage Creative effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Required systems: Asana or similar project management tools and Google Drive or equivalent file management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of creative production across digital and print.
  • Experience supporting design, copy, and or video production teams.
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
