Senior CRM Performance Analyst

Introduction to the Team

We create and deliver tailored marketing strategies for Expedia Group’s brands, focusing on establishing strong connections and cohesive experiences for travelers and partners. We leverage our functional expertise and creative excellence to build trust and loyalty for our brands through innovative marketing approaches and technology. 

The Senior Analyst – CRM Performance Data will play an integral role in is a key contributor in transforming customer data into actionable insights This will include ownership of accurate and timely commercial reporting supported by performance insights to identify drivers, opportunities and risks to optimize lifecycle communications, and improving member engagement across the Expedia Brands. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Provide stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting and insights across CRM performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness. 

  • Support and conduct analyses on customer satisfaction, loyalty performance, and market and business metrics. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of applied analytical methods, modelling techniques and performance measurement frameworks to support delivery of actionable data insight. 

  • Communicate insights clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical audiences. 

  • Produce well-structured reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making. 

  • Assist in evaluating team resource needs and identifying opportunities to reduce duplication and optimize workload distribution. 

  • Demonstrate curiosity, rigor, and a proactive approach to raising the quality of insights delivered. 

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar role essential with ability to demonstrate ability to deliver commercial performance improvement from data-driven insights.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.

 

Functional & Technical Skills:

  • Advanced capability with spreadsheet tools (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation). 

  • Able to interpret CRM and trading performance KPIs & attribution models.

  • Strong grounding in marketing performance tracking techniques, including:  Transaction attribution, forecasting, and test/learn measurement and optimization.

  • Skilled at translating analytical findings into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders. 

  • Adept, structured problem-solver who supports a test-and-learn and data-driven decision making culture. 

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations from multiple data sources.  

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
