MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.

MinIO is looking for a hands-on technologist who likes building things and explaining how they work. You don't need a curriculum background; we'll teach you that. You will'll turn AIStor, across objects, tables, files, and agent memory, into labs, videos, and self-paced courses for a wide range of technical audiences: data engineers, developers building agents, AI infrastructure engineers accelerating performance with MemKV, storage administrators, and the partner and internal solution architects who support them. Most of your teaching will be recorded, with live sessions about once a month.
This role has real variety. On any given week, you might be building a hands-on lab, standing up an agent memory demo, recording a training video, turning engineering documentation into a teachable module for partners, or adapting a core course for a specific customer deployment. You enjoy that variety. You're as comfortable in front of a camera as you are at a command line.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and product marketing. You welcome the freedom and opportunity of being part of a startup and have the self-discipline to identify needs and get things done without waiting to be asked. You will be encouraged to help shape the strategy that the MinIO team executes.
Experience in a solutions architect or other customer-facing technical role is a strong plus — it helps you understand how customers deploy and operate storage in production and how to make training land in that context. Experience with competitive software-defined storage platforms is also a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain courses for AIStor administrators and operators, covering installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting, and keep them current as the product changes
  • Build curriculum for AIStor Memory and agentic AI use cases, turning orchestration and memory concepts (context assembly, agent state, retrieval) into practical, hands-on training
  • Turn engineering documentation and demos into training modules for partners
  • Adapt core courses for specific customer deployments and industries
  • Build hands-on lab environments with Terraform, Ansible, and Docker, and test them end to end before release
  • Write course content as code: Markdown in git and GitHub, with branches and pull request review
  • Record and edit short demo and training videos for MinIO Academy, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Deliver live and recorded training sessions for internal teams and partners
  • Use approved AI tools such as Claude Code to speed up authoring, testing, and review
Your Skills and Experience
  • Working proficiency in Linux
  • Demonstrated ability to turn engineering material (documentation, specs, demos) into teachable content
  • 5+ years in a solutions architect or equivalent customer-facing technical role
  • 3+ years of experience with software-defined storage, cloud storage, or Kubernetes; hands-on experience with MinIO or competitive platforms (Vast, Cloudian, Weka) is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with agentic AI infrastructure (e.g., agent memory/orchestration platforms such as LangChain/LangGraph, Mem0, Letta, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Google Vertex AI Memory Bank) or memory/vector infrastructure (Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis)
  • Experience teaching live and on camera
  • Comfort with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Python, and related tooling
  • 1+ years building and maintaining workflows in git and GitHub
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
  • Previous experience with curriculum development or formal training delivery
What We Offer
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • 401K with 3% Contribution
  • Pre-IPO Stock Options
  • At least 12 Public Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off
