About the Role

Hello Heart is seeking a full-time Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to own and evolve our B2B data ecosystem, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of healthcare firmographic and contact data across our CRM and marketing technology stack. This role will be responsible for unifying data sources, building scalable integrations, and establishing best practices that enable Sales and Marketing teams to execute highly targeted, data-driven outreach.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Senior Data Intelligence Analyst will partner closely with Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, and Revenue Operations to shape how Hello Heart leverages healthcare intelligence in support of growth and our broader mission to transform cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities
  • Own the ongoing refresh and expansion of our Salesforce database, driving the addition of ~5,000 monthly net-new, high-quality prospect contacts through business intelligence platforms to fuel Sales and Marketing growth initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of healthcare intelligence platforms supporting B2B Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Audit and enhance the use of third-party data sources (e.g., ZoomInfo, GovSpend, StarBridge) to maximize enrichment quality, intent signals, and coverage of U.S. healthcare organizations.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external data vendors, managing subscriptions, integrations, usage, and issue resolution.
  • Design and maintain scalable integrations between intelligence platforms and Salesforce to ensure reliable, accurate data flow.
  • Build and enforce data governance and hygiene processes, including standardization, deduplication, validation, and removal of stale or low-quality records.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor data health metrics such as accuracy, fill rate, aging, and duplication; regularly share insights with Sales and Operations leadership.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, automations, and reports to surface actionable healthcare contract and account intelligence for go-to-market teams.
  • Monitor system performance and integration health, proactively troubleshooting issues to maintain high availability and data integrity.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, data integrations, or data operations in a B2B environment, preferably within healthcare or health technology.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including data architecture, integrations, objects, automations, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment, hygiene, and deduplication tools such as ZoomInfo, DemandTools, RingLead, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL or comparable querying languages for extracting, validating, and manipulating datasets.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • (Nice to have) Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including Health Plans (Payers), PBMs, and Benefits Consultants.
Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000.00 to $143,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
