How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the development, design and texturing of virtual sets for multiple uses across Spectrum Networks
- Collaborate with news and creative services teams to plan and produce compelling virtual environments
- Utilize advanced creative skills and technology expertise to craft animations for augmented reality
- Maintain, expand and consistently update virtual sets to ensure ongoing excellence
- Uphold Spectrum Networks' style guide in all co-branded materials
- Manage upkeep of assigned company equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce new design perspectives and ideas
- Attend stakeholder meetings to provide updates on set development and management

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 5+ years of 3D design and animation
Skills
- Proficiency in C4D and Adobe suite
- Demonstrated broadcast design experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating in team-oriented environments
- Sound decision-making and problem resolution under pressure
