Lead APJ digital marketing and demand generation, planning and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, and other channels. Manage regional budgets, monitor performance, improve lead quality and funnel conversion, and connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Partner with global marketing, RevOps, and GTM teams to localize campaigns and drive ROI across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
HiBob is a modern People platform, but let's be clear about what that means in practice. We're a tech business with a collaborative global GTM team behind us, and APJ is a central part of our growth story. Marketing is at the core of how we build pipeline in the region, and we're looking for someone to lead that execution.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded role here the work is visible and the impact is measurable. You'll take responsibility for regional digital marketing and demand generation for APJ, working closely with global channel owners to contribute to pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing APJ, you'll lead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing programmes across the region. The focus is pipeline - planning and running integrated demand generation campaigns across paid channels, managing budget allocation, and working cross-functionally to improve full-funnel performance.
This is a collaborative role that sits at the intersection of regional strategy and global capability. You'll partner with global digital marketing channel owners and specialist teams to ensure APJ campaigns leverage best practice while reflecting local market needs. You'll also work closely with RevOps and the broader GTM team to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to join HiBob’s APJ marketing team in a high-impact contract role. You’ll have local ownership of regional digital marketing execution across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, while working closely with experienced global channel specialists across paid search, paid social, and other digital channels.
You’ll step into a role where the work is visible, the impact is measurable, and there’s real scope to shape how APJ builds pipeline through digital marketing.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Sydney-based GTM environment, with the backing of a global SaaS business and the opportunity to test, optimise, and scale regional demand generation during an exciting phase of growth.
