About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to serve as a Product Owner within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) organization. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, prioritizing delivery roadmaps, and partnering with engineering, operations, cybersecurity teams, and application owners to reduce privileged access risk across the enterprise. The Product Owner will drive adoption of PAM capabilities including privileged credential management, non-human account controls, session management, automation, and identity security solutions while balancing security, operational efficiency, regulatory expectations, and user experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead product ownership activities for one or more PAM capabilities, driving roadmap execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs, features, and user stories aligned to cybersecurity strategy and regulatory commitments.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, risk, audit, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable PAM solutions.
  • Analyze complex business, security, and operational requirements to identify product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Develop product strategies that reduce privileged access risk, improve automation, and enhance end-user experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision, priorities, milestones, and results to leadership.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, adoption metrics, control effectiveness measures, and operational health metrics.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and risk management initiatives by ensuring product capabilities align with policy and control requirements.
  • Collaborate across IAM and cybersecurity teams to identify opportunities for integration, automation, and process simplification.
  • Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies and provide direction to delivery teams to ensure successful execution against product objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with technology, security, engineering, or infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • 3+ Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
  • 3+ Experience translating business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
  • 3+ Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), CyberArk, cloud security, or related cybersecurity technologies.
  • Knowledge of privileged credential management, session management, privileged access controls, and non-human account governance.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, or risk remediation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience leveraging metrics and data-driven decision making to drive product outcomes.
  • Familiarity with NIST, FFIEC, ISO 27001, or other cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across cybersecurity, engineering, operations, risk, audit, and application teams.
  • Ability to influence decisions without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Participation in Agile ceremonies, planning activities, and periodic production support efforts.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
