We are seeking a Senior Director, Executive Customer Engagement & Operational Excellence to join the Procore Revenue organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be the chief architect of how Procore engages with its most significant global customers at scale.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of customer strategy, executive alignment, and hyper-growth operational execution. You will not only design a visionary engagement model but also evolve our processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds. Your mission is to build a repeatable, insight-driven engine and lead a high-performing team to strengthen C-suite and executive relationships, accelerate the adoption of complex enterprise solutions, and ensure long-term growth and industry-leading renewal rates by maximizing platform value, driving enterprise expansion, and scaling value realization.

What You’ll Do

Hyper-Growth Strategy & Operational Excellence

  • Scale at Speed: Design and operationalize a Tier 1 strategic engagement model and "account blueprints" tailored to evolve and scale at hyper-growth speeds. Standardize operational support across the Revenue Leadership team to ensure seamless scheduling, travel, and communication flow.

  • Standardize Executive Interaction: Architect executive sponsorship frameworks, Strategic Roadmap sessions, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to provide a consistent, high-touch experience for customer C-suite stakeholders globally.

  • Establish Governance: Build and manage governance models for strategic account planning and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), defining clear roles and accountabilities that remain agile as the organization grows.

  • Drive Commercial Health: Explicitly drive customer satisfaction and value realization strategies to ensure customers maximize platform value, ultimately ensuring they renew and expand their use of Procore products.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspire & Guide: Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and continuous career development.

  • Coach & Enable: Provide pre-briefs and messaging for high-stakes engagements, coaching internal executives and field leaders on navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading value-based conversations.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Unify the Revenue Engine: Act as the central orchestration layer between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure a unified approach to strategic account priorities.

  • Feedback Loop: Capture and synthesize insights from executive interactions to directly influence the product roadmap and refine global go-to-market strategies.

  • Value Synthesis: Partner across the organization to translate complex capabilities into executive-level value narratives that connect Procore impact to customer business outcomes.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs such as Executive engagement depth and Strategic account growth influence to ensure customers renew and expand their use of the products.

  • Monitor adoption of engagement frameworks across the global revenue organization.

  • Use data and insights to consistently refine, evolve, and optimize engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in customer strategy, executive engagement, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading teams in a hyper-growth enterprise software environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Strategic Influence: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building across complex internal and external landscapes.

  • Operational Rigor: Expertise in building repeatable frameworks and governance models that translate high-level strategy into field execution during periods of rapid scaling.

  • People Leadership: A dedicated people manager with a passion for mentoring talent and building high-engagement team cultures.

  • Technical & Commercial Fluency: Deep understanding of value realization and the ability to bridge the gap between technical adoption and commercial outcomes such as Renewals and Expansion.

  • Mindset: A strategic thinker who embodies Procore values of Openness, Ownership, and Optimism.
