The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth, multi-site healthcare services environments and is equally comfortable launching new facilities and optimizing mature operations.

    • Payor mapping and rate validation
    • Charge capture workflow implementation
  • Oversee provider credentialing and enrollment timelines
  • Ensure compliance, malpractice coverage, and regulatory documentation are complete
  • Align Operations, RCM, Credentialing, IT, Recruiting, and Finance for seamless launch

    • AR and clean claim rates (in partnership with RCM)
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans
  • Drive standardization of workflows across sites
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with facility partners
  • Address service-level concerns, provider performance issues, or workflow disruptions
  • Support recruitment planning based on volume and growth forecasts

Financial & Performance Accountability
  • Partner with the VP of Finance to manage site-level P&L performance
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for assigned markets

  • Mentor and develop operations managers or regional leads as the organization scales
  • Provide executive reporting to the SVP of Operations and the VP of Finance
  • Other duties as assigned

Performance Metrics

Employee will be measured on on-time and on-budget facility launches, clean claims submitted within 30 days of go-live, sustained site-level margin improvement, reduced premium labor and overtime expense, facility partner satisfaction, and provider engagement and retention. Successful launches combined with sustained post-go-live operational and financial performance define success.
