Role Overview
Overwatch is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and operate the marketing engine that drives measurable growth across our target markets. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that will translate our go-to-market priorities into integrated programs that create demand, penetrate strategic accounts, engage priority audiences, accelerate opportunities, and contribute measurable pipeline and revenue.
The ideal candidate is a builder, operator, and entrepreneur at heart. You are equally comfortable developing a growth strategy, building highly targeted account-based campaigns, partnering with Business Development on strategic accounts, optimizing marketing technology and CRM workflows, analyzing funnel performance, and determining whether marketing investments are generating meaningful business impact.
This individual thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments, enjoys creating capabilities from the ground up, and brings a strong bias toward action, experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
The role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and partners closely with Business Development, Recruiting, Operations, business-unit leadership, and executive leadership.
What You'll Own:
- Lead account-based and multi-channel growth programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across priority accounts and markets.
- Partner with Business Development to identify, prioritize, and activate strategic accounts based on opportunity, buying signals, and market intelligence.
- Own the marketing technology, CRM, automation, data, and reporting infrastructure required to support scalable growth.
- Measure marketing effectiveness through account penetration, opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, revenue contribution, and ROI.
- Optimize programs, channels, events, and investments based on measurable business impact.
Leadership
- Build and lead a high-accountability, performance-oriented marketing function.
- Operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder.
- Manage priorities, budgets, agencies, vendors, and resources with a focus on speed and measurable return.
- Bring an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mindset to how Marketing operates.
- Serve as a strong partner to Business Development and company leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with strength in growth marketing, ABM, demand generation, marketing operations, or field marketing.
- Demonstrated experience executing ABM in focused B2B industries where a relatively small number of high-value accounts drive growth.
- Proven ability to generate measurable pipeline, opportunity, and revenue impact through marketing.
- Strong partnership experience with Sales or Business Development.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, marketing technology, data, and performance analytics, preferably Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of succeeding in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
Technical Proficiencies
- Microsoft Outlook
- Canva (graphic design and visual asset creation)
- Asana (project management)
- Email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
Benefits:
Overwatch Construction offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
