- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, escalation, and decision-making processes
- Oversee integrated program plans, cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and action tracking
- Prepare and deliver executive updates, dashboards, and materials for governance and steering committee meetings
- Partner with business, IT, and external implementation partners to drive alignment, accountability, and execution discipline
- Ensure implementation partners and vendors are effectively managed against agreed deliverables and commitments
- Support organizational readiness, change coordination, and business adoption efforts to help ensure successful implementation and sustained outcomes
- Monitor program budget, resource needs, and delivery health, escalating issues and recommending actions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or related roles
- Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs
- Experience leading SAP, ERP, or similarly complex business and technology transformation initiatives
- Experience managing direct reports, including senior-level program or project leaders
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in governance, integrated planning, risk management, and issue resolution
- Experience working with system integrators, external vendors, and cross-functional business and technology teams
- Experience in program financial management
- Experience in Project Management tools like Clarity / Planview/ SPM / any other
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading major ERP transformation programs
- Experience in enterprise transformation involving systems, processes, and operating model changes
- Familiarity with change management, business readiness, and adoption planning
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAP, or related certifications preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
