  • Executive Reporting & Presentations: Develop and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for our largest customers. Present supply chain performance, risks, capacity outlook, and improvement initiatives during Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other high-visibility customer forums.
  • EMS & Supplier Engagement: Develop strong executive-level relationships with key EMS partners across the Americas. Conduct regular supplier business reviews and on-site visits to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Global Capacity Alignment: Partner with Global Supply Chain to conduct manufacturing capacity assessments, support multi-sourcing strategies, and proactively manage supply risk.
  • Procurement & Logistics Oversight: Lead Procurement and Logistics Managers across inbound, outbound, and cross-border operations. Optimize freight strategy, warehousing footprint, and OTIF performance while balancing cost and working capital.
  • S&OP Integration: Collaborate with the S&OP Specialist and Sales Administration to ensure forecast accuracy, backlog visibility, and disciplined supply planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Urgency: Work closely with Program Management and Commercial leadership to understand internal needs and respond with urgency to sales opportunities, escalations, and deployment acceleration requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and elevate a young, high-potential team, instilling accountability, KPI discipline, executive communication standards, and continuous improvement practices.
