Join us as a Senior Industrial Electrical Trainer and turn your technical expertise into a mission: shaping the safety, knowledge, and confidence of tomorrow’s industrial electrical workforce. 

This role is a work from home role with 50 percent of your time being onsite conducting training with our clients nationally. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees and clients
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Utilize virtual learning systems to deliver training to remote employees and clients
  • Conduct in-person training sessions and presentations
  • Assess training needs and develop customized training programs to meet those needs
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Able to pass client drug screening requirements for site access
  • Able to travel for training or consultations
Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering; Electrical Technology; or Industrial Electrician Education
  • Able to leverage virtual meeting platforms to communicate with learners (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebX)
  • Strong Presenting Skills
  • Course development using A.D.D.I.E methodology
  • Familiarity with adult learning methods and requirements
  • Readily adaptable to changing conditions or situations
