In this role, you will
- Be responsible for high-quality software delivery, grow individuals and groom leaders on the team and contribute to architecture
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define roadmaps, shape customer-centric solutions, and measure impact
- Identify blockers, goals, success metrics ensuring awareness, OKR/roadmap awareness, and expectations
- Guide technical and architectural decisions, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback, and build an inclusive, high-performing team culture
Your background
- 12+ years of experience managing software engineers, including leading high-performing teams in production environments
- Strong technical background with recent hands-on coding experience; you understand how to design, review, and debug production systems and can still write code when needed
- Experience building and operating large-scale, cloud-based web or SaaS products (e.g. microservices, distributed systems)
- Proven track record of partnering with Product Management and Design to deliver customer-facing features end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
