The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Experience Strategist to help shape human-centered digital experiences that move brands forward. Experience Strategists at TSE are curious, creative problem-solvers who are fascinated by how people interact with brands and technology—and who thrive at turning audience insight into strategies that drive meaningful action.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to plan and deliver digital experiences across websites, platforms, content ecosystems, and customer journeys. You’ll lead strategic thinking from discovery through execution, bring clarity to ambiguity, and help guide both internal teams and clients through complex decisions with confidence.

As a senior team member, you’ll also contribute to the growth and strength of the agency—through mentorship, culture-building, and thought leadership—while modeling strong ownership, optimism, and professionalism.

What you'll do

  • Lead experience strategy across digital initiatives including customer journeys, websites, and platform-based products
  • Translate research, data, and audience insight into strategic recommendations that improve usability, clarity, and engagement
  • Partner with design, development, brand, and media teams to shape holistic experiences across touchpoints
  • Guide clients through decision-making, implementation, and change with confidence and credibility
  • Maintain a high bar for strategic quality, communication, and execution across your work
  • Support the growth of client relationships by spotting opportunities and helping shape future work
  • Contribute to the development of the agency through mentorship, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing

What you'll bring

  • Strong foundation in experience strategy, including user needs, information architecture, and journey thinking
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex digital ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain strategy and rationale
  • A strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through
  • Confidence leading conversations with both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Interest in learning, evolving your craft, and helping elevate those around you

Experience & Education

  • 3+ years of experience in UX, CX, content strategy, or a closely related field (4–6 years leading initiatives is a plus)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree or certification in user experience or a related field preferred

Work Setup

  • Full-time, remote-friendly role
  • Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CT
  • Reliable, high-speed internet required

ThreeSixtyEight is a creative agency that helps purpose-driven organizations tell better stories, build stronger brands, and create meaningful digital experiences. We work with clients who are trying to do good work in the world—and we take that responsibility seriously.

We believe great work starts with great people. At ThreeSixtyEight, you’ll find a collaborative, curious, and thoughtful team that values clarity, craft, and care. We care deeply about how we work together, not just what we produce. That means open communication, shared ownership, and a culture where people are trusted to do their best work.

Our team is made up of strategists, designers, developers, writers, and problem-solvers who are passionate about growing—individually and collectively. We encourage experimentation, continuous learning, and healthy debate, all grounded in respect and accountability.

If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to be part of a team that values both excellence and humanity, you’ll feel at home here.
