This high-impact role will shape the regional financial narrative, translate business performance into clear executive insights, and influence decisions across growth, productivity, investment allocation, and sales execution.

As a senior member of the Sales Finance organization, you will lead the Americas financial operating rhythm, own topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide strategic choices on headcount, quota capacity, sales productivity, pricing, renewals performance, and route-to-market effectiveness. This role requires strong financial judgment, deep understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, and business operations.

What You Will Do

    • Own the Americas Sales Finance partnership, setting the financial agenda across topline growth, P&L performance, forecast accuracy, investment tradeoffs, and business risks and opportunities.

    • Lead the Americas annual operating plan, including headcount, quota capacity, sales compensation, commissions, and investment planning, ensuring resources are aligned to company strategy and expected returns.

    • Own the Americas forecast story, connecting pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, productivity, channel performance, and sales execution into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

    • Provide financial leadership on deal economics, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and other commercial initiatives, ensuring decisions balance growth, profitability, risk, and long-term customer value.

    • Partner with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to define common goals, align on key performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and drive joint accountability for regional outcomes.

    • Build decision-ready financial models that inform sales strategy, pricing, go-to-market planning, productivity targets, and resource allocation across direct, channel, and partner-led motions.

    • Identify and lead opportunities to improve the Americas finance operating model, strengthening forecast discipline, decision quality, process efficiency, and the strategic value Finance brings to the business.

    • Lead or influence global Sales Finance initiatives that improve planning, forecasting, reporting consistency, and operating effectiveness across regions.

What You Will Bring

    • 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or commercial finance roles with direct partnership to senior sales leadership.

    • Strong experience partnering with go-to-market teams, including Field Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success, to shape revenue forecasts, performance narratives, operating plans, and investment decisions.

    • Proven track record in FP&A and Sales Finance roles within high-growth or technology-driven companies.

    • Deep understanding of sales motions, territory and quota planning, commissions, pipeline conversion, renewals, churn, channel economics, and the metrics and tools used to manage sales performance.

    • Strong track record of cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, effectively partnering with theatre Sales Finance teams, Worldwide Sales Finance, and Corporate FP&A to drive alignment and consistency in planning and reporting.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive efficient analysis and better decision-making.

    • Proactive communicator with a highly collaborative working style, skilled in bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex business challenges.

    • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the judgment to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and influence enterprise-level decisions through clear financial insight.

    • Comfortable working across U.S. time zones, with flexibility to support West Coast leaders and business needs
