What You'll Be Doing
You won't just be writing code - you'll be:

• Turning UI/UX designs into responsive, customer‑ready applications using React and Tailwind
• Making sure every interface feels fast, accessible, and cross-browser compatible
• Collaborating with back-end developers to integrate APIs and GraphQL services seamlessly
• Sharing your expertise through code reviews and mentoring, ensuring best practices thrive
• Troubleshooting and solving tricky front-end issues with performance in mind
• Staying ahead of the curve by exploring new tools like Vite, ESBuild, Rollup, and Webpack

What You'll Bring
We know great talent comes in many forms, but ideally you have:
Hard skills: HTML / CSS / JavaScript / React / Tailwind CSS / GraphQL / Git / CI/CD pipelines / Responsive design / Performance optimization
Soft skills: Team collaboration / Problem solving / Ability to guide juniors and impact architecture
Background: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 5+ years of front-end development experience with modern web technologies.
