Thales is hiring an experience Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager (GTM) supporting our Identity and Access Management (IAM) product covering the United States region to ensure proximity to sales and pipeline impact.
This GTM role operates as a commercial marketing partner to sales, shaping priorities, focusing on key accounts, and ensuring marketing is fully aligned to business objectives. Our GTM role requires strong ownership, requiring end-to-end accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
GTM strategy & execution
Define and drive go-to-market plans aligned to Americas business priorities (incl. BFSI)
Translate global campaigns into focused, account-driven programs
Pipeline ownership
Own marketing contribution to pipeline (creation, acceleration, conversion)
Ensure strong funnel performance and coverage across priority accounts
Sales partnership
Act as a day-to-day partner to sales leadership and account teams
Co-define target accounts, growth plays, and pipeline priorities
Bring clear recommendations on where to invest to drive revenue
Strategic program leadership
Lead and execute end to end high-impact initiatives (executive events, partner-led plays, industry activations)
Ensure every program is tied to pipeline outcomes, not just activity
Cross-functional orchestration
Connect product marketing, digital, BDRs, sales, customer teams, and partners
Drive alignment and ensure consistent execution across teams
Customer & partner growth
Support and regional land-and-expand strategy across AMS
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy at account level
Performance & insights
Track pipeline performance and campaign ROI
Provide clear, actionable insights and adjustments
Team contribution & mentoring
Act as a senior voice within the team
Support and mentor developing team members
Help elevate overall team capabilities and ways of working
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
5- 8 years in B2B marketing, ideally cybersecurity / SaaS
Strong experience in go-to-market strategy and execution
Proven track record of driving pipeline and business impact
Experience working directly with sales leadership
Commercial mindset with focus on outcomes (not activity)
Ability to operate across a global, matrix organization
Understanding Field & Channel Market scope

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 122,158.00 - 217,823.00 USD Annual
