Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare is transforming healthcare through intelligent imaging, AI-enabled technologies, and connected care pathways. The Senior Digital Asset Designer will play a critical role in shaping the digital customer experience across the Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS) portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Creative & Storytelling, this role is responsible for designing engaging digital experiences and scalable content assets that support product launches, demand generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth across MR, CT, Ultrasound, Molecular Imaging, Women’s Health, X-Ray, Procedural Guidance, Advanced Visualization, and Cardiovascular Information Systems (CVIS).
This position combines digital design expertise, customer-centric thinking, and strong visual storytelling capabilities to bring complex healthcare innovations to life across digital channels.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

​Digital Experience Design

  • Design high-impact digital assets across customer-facing and internal platforms.
  • Create assets for:
    • Campaign landing pages
    • Website experiences
    • Email marketing programs
    • Digital advertising
    • Social media campaigns
    • Interactive PDFs
    • Sales enablement tools
    • Customer nurture journeys
    • Event and webinar promotion
    • Apply UX and accessibility principles to improve engagement and usability.
       

Omnichannel Campaign Support

  • Partner with downstream marketing teams to develop integrated digital campaign assets.
  • Create modular content systems that support global, regional, and modality-specific marketing programs.
  • Ensure digital assets align with campaign objectives and customer journey stages.

Visual Storytelling & Content Innovation

  • Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into visually engaging digital experiences.
  • Develop infographics, interactive content, animations, and data visualizations that support AIS storytelling.
  • Support care pathway narratives that connect multiple imaging modalities and healthcare workflows.

Design Systems & Brand Governance

  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints through adherence to GE HealthCare brand standards.
  • Contribute to digital design systems, templates, and component libraries.
  • Ensure scalable and reusable design solutions across AIS campaigns.
     
Digital Operations & Performance Optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and web teams to optimize digital asset performance.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Leverage analytics and engagement data to refine design approaches.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled creative tools that improve speed, personalization, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital marketing assets and customer experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Figma and collaborative design platforms.
  • Experience designing responsive digital experiences across desktop and mobile environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital storytelling, campaign design, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and digital best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and CMS environments.
  • Experience developing interactive content, digital campaigns, and customer journey assets.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and content generation platforms.
  • Experience working within global matrix organizations.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
