About XBOW

At XBOW, we’re redefining the future of cybersecurity by building the world's first autonomous pentester, powered by AI. Today, the gold standard for securing software systems is human pentesters, but with the rise of artificial intelligence, we’re stepping up to scale offensive security to meet the ever-growing demand.

AI is transforming the landscape of both cybersecurity and cyberattacks. While millions of people without security expertise are creating software, bad actors are using AI to launch more effective attacks. XBOW fights back with AI-driven superpowers, enabling security teams to stay one step ahead.

Backed by Sequoia Capital and Altimeter, and a team that includes the creators of GitHub Copilot and GitHub Advanced Security, XBOW is not just keeping up with the times—we’re shaping the future of cybersecurity. Our mission is simple: to defeat the bad actors before they strike, using AI to revolutionize how we approach offensive security.

We’re building something that must be built, and we’re the team to do it. Join us in shaping the next frontier of autonomous security.

What You'll Do

As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will be the technical architect behind our hyper-scale AI Go-To-Market engine. This role is designed for a builder who views "Operations" through the lens of engineering. You will be responsible for the scalable plumbing that connects our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success functions.

A primary focus of this role is driving our Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine. You will build and maintain the integrations that turn product usage data into actionable sales signals. Operating within GitHub, you will ensure our GTM stack is treated with the same rigor, version control, and documentation standards as our core product.

Your Role
  • PLG Engineering: Architect the "Product-to-Sales" data pipeline, ensuring high-volume product signals are cleaned, routed, and surfaced to GTM teams in real-time.

  • Data Orchestration & Enrichment: Manage a multi-layered data strategy:

    • ZoomInfo: For foundational Account/Contact firmographics and contact info.

    • HG Insights: For deep Account technographic data and IT spend intelligence.

    • MadKudu: To orchestrate these data points for predictive scoring and prioritization.

  • Workflow Automation: Design multi-step automations using Zapier, while evaluating and implementing enterprise-grade middleware like Clay, Tray.io, or Make.

  • Systems Architecture: Perform advanced Salesforce engineering and maintain a sophisticated "Source of Truth" within Notion for all technical schemas and GTM logic.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the technical bridge between GTM Ops (Sales, Marketing, CS) and Product Leadership.

Who You Are
  • Salesforce & Notion Expertise: (Required) Deep experience with SFDC architecture/APIs and advanced Notion database management.

  • Integration Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Zapier. Experience with Clay, Tray.io, or Make is highly preferred.

  • Developer Workflow: Must be comfortable operating in GitHub for version control and documentation. Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center is an advantage.

  • Enrichment Stack: Proven track record of managing ZoomInfo alongside HG Insights.

Bonus if you have
  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to write complex queries to extract and transform product usage data from data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).

  • Python/Scripting: Experience writing Python for data manipulation, custom API scripts, or Lambda functions to handle tasks Zapier cannot.

  • Reverse ETL: Experience with Composable CDP tools like Census or Hightouch to sync data warehouse insights back into Salesforce/GTM tools.

  • API & Webhook Mastery: Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhook listeners to build non-native integrations.

  • Data Architecture: Experience with data modeling and schema design to ensure long-term scalability of the GTM data lake.

  • Security & Privacy: Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance and SOC2 requirements as they relate to handling customer and prospect data.

Our Tech Stack:
  • CRM: Salesforce, Sweep.io

  • Engineering/VC: GitHub

  • Documentation: Notion

  • Enrichment: ZoomInfo, HG Insights, RingLead

  • Scoring: MadKudu

  • Automation: Zapier

  • Additional AI: Gemini Pro, ChatGPT Business, Anthropic

  • GTM Systems: Customer.io, Gong.io, SalesNavigator, Persona, Sugar.io

What We Offer:
  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary, clear performance-based incentives, and equity package, making you an integral part of XBOW’s growth story.

  • Career Growth: Significant opportunities to progress within the sales organization and shape your career trajectory as we scale.

  • Meaningful Work: You’ll directly impact XBOW’s mission to revolutionize cybersecurity and protect organizations worldwide.

What Else You Should Know
  • Location: Remote US

  • Contract: Full-time

  • Hiring Process:

    • Introduction with TA screen

    • Hiring Manager Interview

    • Team Member Interview

    • Final Interview

At XBOW, we leverage AI every day, it's embedded in our product and our sales approach. But for this role, we’re seeking someone who brings genuine curiosity, empathy, and persistence. If that's you, we'd love to connect.
