The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key driver of a seamless, data-driven employee experience, owning and continuously improving Colibri’s core people systems.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, motivated, and passionate about building better ways of working. In this role, you’ll go beyond system administration—you’ll identify inefficiencies, design smarter workflows, and leverage automation and AI to create scalable, high-impact solutions.
You will serve as the owner of HRIS and ATS platforms as systems of record, ensuring data integrity while transforming how HR processes are executed. Partnering closely across HR, IT, and the business, you’ll turn data into insight and systems into a strategic advantage for the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG and related systems) as the source of truth for employee and recruiting data
- Manage system configuration including security roles, workflows, permissions, alerts, and integrations
- Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and continuously improve performance and user experience
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management) to support system enhancements and rollout of core HR processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across HR workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Leverage system capabilities, integrations, and AI tools to streamline processes (e.g., onboarding, data updates, reporting)
- Continuously evaluate and improve workflows with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
- Establish and maintain strong data governance practices across HR systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and integrity across systems
- Build and maintain HR reports (e.g., EEO-1, census reporting, operational metrics)
- Develop dashboards that provide visibility into key workforce trends (e.g., turnover, employee movement)
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to surface insights and predictive indicators
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders
- Design and maintain dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making
- Improve visibility into workforce metrics and trends to drive better business outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, UltiPro, Paycor, or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation, system integrations, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices
- Experience building reports and dashboards and translating data into insights
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support reporting, automation, or process improvement
- Exposure to advanced analytics or data visualization tools
- Experience working in a high-growth or multi-entity organization
